1. Warranty Conditions (Voluntary Manufacturer's Warranty)
1.1 Warranty Duration
We offer a voluntary warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.1.2 Scope of the Warranty
- damage caused by normal wear and tear
- improper use
- operating errors (e.g., if the product was not used according to the instructions described in the Hair Guide)
- unauthorized repair attempts or modifications to the product
- Sale items
1.3 Warranty
In the event of a warranty claim, we will decide at our own discretion whether to repair or replace the product free of charge. Further claims under this warranty – in particular compensation for damages or reimbursement of consequential costs – are excluded.
1.4 Statutory Warranty
The statutory rights of the consumer, in particular warranty rights under §§ 437 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB), remain unaffected by this warranty and apply independently of this warranty.

We kindly ask you to submit your request using the form below under point 2.1.1.6 Scope of the warranty
This voluntary warranty applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Procedure in case of a defect

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Provide your customer or invoice number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos using the form below. - Individual review:
Our sales team will review your information and discuss the next steps with you. Depending on the individual case, an exchange, repair, or other solution will be offered. - Return in the event of an exchange:
If an exchange is necessary, we will organize the return of the defective product if necessary. Returns from third countries are excluded. In these cases, the return will either be at your own expense or an alternative solution will be found. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there is no defect – for example, if you change your purchasing decision or the product doesn't meet your expectations – the return is at your own expense. In these cases, you are not entitled to a free exchange or refund of shipping costs.
