1. Warranty Conditions (Voluntary Manufacturer's Warranty)


In addition to the statutory warranty rights, we voluntarily grant you a manufacturer's warranty under the following conditions:


1.1 Warranty Duration

We offer a voluntary warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.


1.2 Scope of the Warranty

The warranty applies exclusively to proven material or manufacturing defects. The following are excluded from the warranty:
  • damage caused by normal wear and tear 
  • improper use 
  • operating errors (e.g., if the product was not used according to the instructions described in the Hair Guide)
  • unauthorized repair attempts or modifications to the product
  • Sale items


1.3 Warranty

In the event of a warranty claim, we will decide at our own discretion whether to repair or replace the product free of charge. Further claims under this warranty – in particular compensation for damages or reimbursement of consequential costs – are excluded.


1.4 Statutory Warranty

The statutory rights of the consumer, in particular warranty rights under §§ 437 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB), remain unaffected by this warranty and apply independently of this warranty.


1.5 Warranty Claims

We kindly ask you to submit your request using the form below under point 2.1.


1.6 Scope of the warranty

This voluntary warranty applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).




2. Returns & Refunds


We want you to be satisfied with our products. Should there ever be a problem, we'll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. 
Please note: Our training heads are handmade and unique. Minor variations are due to production and are not defects. 
Returns are generally only possible for unused heads. Training heads that have already been used and sale items are non-returnable.


2.1 Procedure in case of a defect


  1. Contact us:
    Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Provide your customer or invoice number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos using the form below.

  2. Individual review:
    Our sales team will review your information and discuss the next steps with you. Depending on the individual case, an exchange, repair, or other solution will be offered. 

  3. Return in the event of an exchange:
    If an exchange is necessary, we will organize the return of the defective product if necessary. Returns from third countries are excluded. In these cases, the return will either be at your own expense or an alternative solution will be found. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund

Once we receive the returned goods, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase – provided the claim is legitimateYou will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your return. There are no penalty fees or other disadvantages associated with a return. The shipping costs paid for the original delivery are non-refundable in the event of a return. Exceptions may apply in special cases.


4. Returns if you are not satisfied

If there is no defect – for example, if you change your purchasing decision or the product doesn't meet your expectations – the return is at your own expense. In these cases, you are not entitled to a free exchange or refund of shipping costs.
