L'IMAGE GmbH strives to make its shop accessible in accordance with the provisions of the BFSG and WCAG.

This accessibility statement was first created on June 23, 2025.

This accessibility statement is based on a WCAG audit conducted by independent experts at mpunkt GmbH, including a comprehensive WCAG report. The guideline is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/

How accessible is the website?

Conformity level achieved: Level AA

This website is partially compliant with the BayBGG, BFSG, and WCAG. The incompatibilities and exceptions are listed below.

• Some alternative text for images is missing. (WCAG 1.1.1)

• The color contrast may not be sufficient in some places. (WCAG 1.4.3)

• Some font graphics are used. (WCAG 1.4.5)

• The payment methods "Paypal Express" and Klarna may not be available exclusively via keyboard. (Please contact the third-party provider for more information.)

Further WCAG checks and technical optimizations are carried out annually with the goal of continuously improving the website's accessibility.

Web technologies used

A customized Shopware 6 framework was used.

Testing procedure

The website was manually tested with the screen readers Windows Narrator and NVDA and optimized for acoustic user feedback in German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
